The foundation of our beliefs are created in our childhood. As various experiences arise in our life, more beliefs are stacked upon these childhood beliefs. Core childhood beliefs are often formed before we have language and stacked before we have a clear understanding of our world. As we are faced with various stressful adult situation, these young beliefs can have a tremendous impact on how we emotionally, mentally, and spiritually respond to the world around us.
